As part of provisioning and modifying Rage (70 foot Sled) for the 2000 Pacific Cup, MicroStars (Model 100) LED lights were installed above and below decks . (Click to enlarge image.)

The Boat.	For ease of retrofit, MicroStars were installed in existing dome lights and provided with their own switches.	MicroStars were also installed in Loc-Line articulating plastic hose assemblies.
Installed in Loc-Line and secured to a shroud 5' above the deck.	MicroStar Placement: There are nine MicroStars in this picture.	Looking forward into forepeak.

Note: After Rage successfully took first in division and third over all in the 2000 Pacific Cup, Bruce Schwab, co-skipper of Rage, dropped us this note:
