DETAILS

• Scotchlok UR Connectors ("Red buttons"), Part # 920101-01-05-R are used for general butt splising with 2 or 3 wires 19-29 AWG air core with maximum insullation O.D. of .066". For butt splising voice and data communication cables with solid copper single-conductor wire."U" contact in the button clamps down on the wire, strips the insulation, and grips the conductors in a gas-tight connection. The connectors are filled with corrosion-resistant sealant at the factory to protect the connection against air and moisture.
• Compatible with Belden wire models 8442, 9408 and 9407
• Works with 19 - 29 gauge wire.
